Canada - $10.00

International - $15.00

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days pending the availability of supplies and payment verification. We will contact you via email if the product(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for payment verification. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ORDERS DUE TO A WRONG OR FALSE ADDRESS PROVIDED. 


HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Once orders are packed and shipped, packages typically take 1-5 business days to arrive. International orders typically take 8-15 business days to arrive.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?

We will refund or exchange any item(s) returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) have not been damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER I PLACED?

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number. Example- "Order Cancellation #12345" To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number. Example- "Order Edit #12345"

All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal. Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.


HOW DO I CLEAN AND KEEP MY PRODUCTS LOOKING BRAND NEW?

While wearing your bracelet(s)

1. Avoid any contact with chemicals.

2. Avoid washing and showering with it. 

3. Avoid sweating or working out with it.

4. Take it off before sleeping.

5. Wipe your bracelet(s) with a soft cloth to clean and remove and dirt. 

6. Products may be damaged by poor wearing habits.
